Why should you participate?

The project conference is your chance to get involved in a trade fair environment, present your project results, and gain experience in professional trade fair presentations, audience engagement, and customer acquisition. These are skills that will be invaluable in your professional life. The teams that most captivate the audience have the chance to win fantastic prizes! All participants will receive a certificate of participation and a small gift in recognition of their efforts.

Who can participate?

If you are studying at Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences, have worked on a project topic in a project team (in the current or previous semester), and have gained exciting experiences – then share your story and inspire others with your ideas!

What do you need to prepare and what do you need to bring?

The centerpiece of your booth is a project poster (A0 format) that you design. Other presentation formats are, of course, welcome. The university will support you with setting up the furniture (table, display board for the poster, chairs) and, if needed, with printing the poster. The departments will support you with the necessary equipment; please coordinate with your instructors about what you can borrow and bring.

What is the schedule on January 15, 2026?

We will provide you with the necessary furniture in the morning. You will set up your project booth independently between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. From 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., you will be responsible for your booth and available to answer visitors' questions. At 1:30 p.m., you will dismantle your booth, we will determine the winning projects, and the awards ceremony will take place immediately afterward.
